Kamado siblings are descendants of Kokushibo

 My theory is that the Tokito twins and the Kamado siblings are in fact both descendants of Kokushibo.

This theory came on a morning shortly after finishing the manga in the first two weeks of September 2026. It mainly started out as a simple thought. But then I thought about it, the more it started to make sense.

First there was the mangaka, which said that they, Tokito twins and the Kamado siblings, were related. Yet I could not think about how. After all, even though most assume that Tanjiro and Nezuko are the descendants of Yoriichi, but the manga clearly shows that his wife and child were killed, therefore a genetic dead end. So the only way that they could be the descendants of him is if he had a secret family, but no. That would not be something that he would do.

So, how is it that Tanjiro and Murichiro's father look similar? Well, that is where Kokushibo comes into the picture. He is the identical twin brother of Yoriichi who had a family (that was not named) which he abandoned to become a demon slayer before he became a demon and upper moon 1.

 Anyone that knows a thing or two about how identical twins are formed knows that the fertilised egg breaks in two forming two separate babies making them genetically almost 99% identical, as both inherit the same genes. Which leads to them having the same face, eyes and hair, with only small physical details that can differentiate between the two.

So you have someone that is identical to Yoriichi, that has almost identical genes, that has a living family that was unnamed that could pass on his genes to another generation. 

Now back to the unnamed family, now here’s a what if; what if that unnamed abandoned family was none other than the family that Yoriichi visited and gave his earnings to? What if the reason that he was even there was to meet his nephew and tell him all about what happened to his father? What if the reason he even gave that family his earnings was because they were family? 

After all, if you think about it, it makes sense as to why Yoriichi was there and why Tanjiro’s ancestor, that he was seeing through the eyes of, looked similar to Yoriichi. They were uncle and nephew! It would even explain why Tanjiro, with his hair long, looks almost identical to Yoriichi, why Mr Tokito, the father of the Tokito twins, looks almost identical to Tanjiro, they are both the descendants of Kokushibo back when he went by the name of Michikatsu Tsugikuni.

Stranger Things Why I Am Team I Believe

 From A Different Angle 

Well, most people who approach this topic come from a physical evidence based point of view, like the tattoo being missing and hints of the set designs. However I want to come from a different angle, Mike’s thought process from an emotional and fact based logic. Even though this is going to be a very short theory it is one that I want to make.

Right, time to cut to the point. Let’s look at Mike’s emotional based logic tells him that L is as dead as L in Death Note and Tim Kring’s Heroes. This is why it took him eighteen months (one and a half years) to mourn her. After all, it is quite clear that there was no change of Mike’s point of view as he is still moping around and missing her. He still is being clouded by emotions during all of this time, which is probably why he never was thinking about the destruction of the Upsidedown and the day that L ‘died’ as it would have gotten him all upset again. To put it simple, his emotions were clouding his mind.

The end of his emotions clouding his mind was the time before he went to graduation. Both him and Hopper were able to address the issue and he was allowed to truly get his emotions out. Once his emotions were flushed out he was able to get his mind clear.

Once he was free from his emotional thinking he was able to think clearly, so, once he saw the speakers that was when he was able to think more critically about the moment without his emotions getting in the way. Also, I am pretty certain that Mike would have seen many speakers in those eighteen months and not once did they cause him to think about that moment in a critical way. Yet now was the time when one of them caused him to think about it critically causing his mind to start ticking shows an internal shift. 

That internal shift was that he was no longer thinking emotionally but he was thinking logically. He was using nothing more than cold hard logic, logic that was no longer clouded by emotions. It was not his emotions telling him that reminded him that she could not see her powers in that moment as her Kryptonite was activated, it was his logic. It was not his emotions telling him that she got away, it was reason. 

After all, all he would need to do was just ask himself how? This would cause him to deduce the only way that the moment was even possible was if there was someone else, who could use her powers. Someone who could have pulled off the performance. This would have led him to deduce that it could have only been Eight. After all, who else was there that could have done it?

So he would have then asked himself how she was able to get out of there without being seen, this would have led him to deduce that she could not be seen, somehow. This would have led him to deduce this too.

So that is why I am in Team Believe. 

(Unless Conformity Gate is proven true one day and episode eight really was nothing more than Vecna’s Infinite Tsukuyomi…)

Stranger Things Both 11 And Will Are Vecna’s Children

 First: 11

Well let’s start by the fact that the theory of 11 being Vecna’s biological daughter is not my theory and I do agree with this theory as it would explain quite a lot. After all, it would explain why he was so protective over her, for example when the other children were bullying her and putting her in a room when he was going to kill the other children. Yet it would also explain her power and how he treats her. It would also explain why she was so powerful and why he mentors her in helping her with her powers and the attention that he gave her over all of the other children that they had.

I also agree with the theory that the one named in the novel is a red herring as a way to satisfy our curiosity and to give us the answer so that we would not look. Also to add to this, I do not think that 11’s biological mother was pregnant going into the experiments but I do think it was while. I also agree that Dr Brenner did fix it for him to be killed in the war.

Now I would not put it past Dr Brenner to analyze Terry Ives and her psyche to know when she would most likely say yes, when she would normally say no. If you think that this is creepy, well you are talking about someone that made a mother think that her son was dead just to stop her from searching for him. Also he did kill someone just because he found out about the existence of 11. 

So it would not be surprising if he started to manipulate her after letting her know that her boyfriend was dead. For the sole purpose of opening a wound that Henry would comfort her to encourage both of them to commit the act that led to 11’s birth and the dates do check out as many fans that have come up with this theory have already explained so look at YouTube in your own time.

Second: Will

Now during her birth is when I think that he escaped and then went on to having another child outside the lab, just to use later. This was Will, after all, it would explain why he was the one that was targeted in the first episode and those eagle eyed viewers on YouTube were able to show that the shadow that spooked Will in episode one was not a demi-gorgon but Vecna himself. Also they have also pointed out that none of the demi-gorgons have shown telekinesis but Vecna has and the one targeting Will used telekinesis.

Yet it would also explain why Mr Byers and Joice had a shaky relationship which led to their separation and did not treat Will like a son. Because he knew that Will was not his son, even though Joice believes that he is. After all, what I think happened was that Henry made Joice think that he was her husband and did the deed and afterwards he was found by Dr Brenner and that was when he either got the tracking device or found out about the tracking device.

Yet I think that during this time Mr Byers found out about the night that Joice spent with another man and, regardless of what tests he put her under that she passed, she still thinks that it was him that she spent the night with. Yet this was what made him think that she was going crazy and put a strain on the relationship which led to their ultimate separation. This would also explain why he had a shaky relationship with Jonathan too.

Also, the reason why I think that he chose that point of time to kidnap Will was one, because that was the point that 11 broke into the Upsidedown and two, to take Will’s power so that he would be able to start his plan to bring our world and the world of the Upsidedown together.

Also both Will and Henry as children were both good artists.

Extra Stuff

Also, another point of interest, both Joice Byers and Terry Ives, despite being told their children were dead, they both knew better. One knew via the lights and the other saw her daughter. Yet both knew that both of their children were special. Also, Terry knew who her daughter was despite not even seeing her since she was born and that one glimpse of her and Joice knew that her son was talking to her through the lights despite not seeing him.

Hunter X Hunter Part Seven

Other Theories

These are theories that I have but not much evidence for or are just silly.

Pariston is Gyro and an excommunicated member of the Spider. Also he is using Kurapika as a weapon against them. The reason I think this is because one, we know nothing of his past and it would be well within his character to play multiple sides and the guy dresses like a prince. Then Mr Togashi does say that it is Gyro's goal to spread evil, which Pariston seems to do while having fun. Also you know that there's a bottomless pit, a void of darkness in his happy-go-lucky eyes. Which would provide Welfin with a tragedy ahead of him. 

Now on the topic of Pariston being an excommunicated member of the Spider, this is what I think was an interesting theory but it would give him a reason to have some involvement in the extermination of the Kurta, such as telling Chrollo their location, mainly because I think he always knew that the man wanted to get his hands on the Scarlet Eyes. This would give him the opportunity to save one of them to use as a weapon against the Spider and he chose Kurapika and manipulated him so that he would be in the position to get out long enough for him to survive.

Chrollo is a secret Kurta unknown to him. Also when he finally understands himself everyone will be in danger. The reason is we have never seen him get to the emotional point that would activate the Scarlet eyes and both men have similar features. Not to mention Mr Togashi does like to put his characters in situations that challenge them in order to make them grow and revealing this to Kurapika world cause this kind of growth. Also this would put Kurapika in the position would mean that killing Chrollo would also mean that he would be having to kill the last living Kurta.

Then on the topic of Chrollo understanding himself will lead to something bad. The reason this is because Mr Togashi is great at creating tension and subverting expectations (in the good way GOT S8) such as the Adult Gon moment. Yet he also places in enough clues to see the twist coming, if you were paying attention. Which is why I think that Mr Togashi brought up his ideology and the fact that he can't understand himself without it paying off later. As we all know, when he pays things off usually it is completely shocking and he does it well.

Mr Togashi is teasing us with a reveal of Hisoka's downstairs or his true measurements down there. This is because there have been three Hisoka nude scenes, one in Heaven's Arena energy we saw his upper body,  the next,  also Heaven's Arena where we saw his entire break and the last in a river in Greed Island where we saw all but his jewels.

There will be an anti-Phantom Troupe that will be formed, just think of Hunter X Hunter's answer or equivalency of the Order Of The Phoenix or Dumbledor's Army. The reason is because Mr Togashi seemed to have created a group of people who have it out for the Phantom Troupe and I would find it an interesting idea.

Even though Chrolo and Kurapika will be killed along with two more, some of the Spider will live on. This is because of the prophecy about the victory of the Spider even though their limbs will be cut in half which means that half of the support will be killed in their great battle, however due to the ideology of the Phantom Troupe, in that all limbs are replaceable. Such as the fact that anyone who kills a Spider can qualify to become a Spider. However if there is a vacancy it will be up to Chollo to replace them, yet even he has put it in place that if he is killed then one of the Spider can replace him. So even if one Spider survives then the Phantom Troupe will live on. Which I think the prophecy means this will happen and put Chrollo at ease about his death.

Greed Island is foreshadowing the events of the Dark Continent. The reason I think that this is because in the beginning of the Greed Island Arc Gon wanted to go to Greed Island but was rejected because his nen was not at the point that would allow him to qualify for the mission. He also couldn't prove he was a professional hunter because he pawned his license off in the previous arc. Yet when Gon wanted to get to the Dark Continent he couldn't because he couldn't use nen anymore, because he traded that in to kill Pitou. Yet this had a hopeful side (sort of) which could mean that Gon will be able to get the usage of his nen back and he will be stronger than he was. I also think that the events will play out similarly to Greed Island but in a much bigger way.

These are the theories I have at the moment. As Hunter X Hunter goes on I will have more. I just wanted them to get out there so maybe others could look at them and see if there are more pieces of evidence for or against these theories. Thank you for your time and reading and sharing them.

Hunter X Hunter Part Six

 The Royal Guard

These theories are mainly a what if and that is what I would think would most likely happen if King Meruem died but the Royal Guards survived, but before he did he told to or were not in the position to avenge him.

Shaiapouf

Let's get the darkest one out of the way. I think that Pouf would have eventually fallen into a crazed depression, telling himself every night that he was nothing but a failure. This would then lead to him becoming more and more insane as his mind would spiral further and further in this depressed insanity. He would be filled with nothing but disgust and self loathing. This would then lead him to having suicidal thoughts and tendencies as he would find it almost unbearable to live with himself. Eventually all of that would continue to lead him to acting upon it. Then he would do this within a year.

Menthuthuyoupi

I think that he would be far better off than the other two. I think that he would have become 'adopted' by Knuckle and Morel. I think that of all those there, he would connect well with them and they would connect well with him. I thermo they would help him get over his grief and he will enjoy his time with them. Travelling with them on their many misadventures and having fun. I think that he would not only fit in with them but also find a home with them. I also think that he will be happy until his death. 

Although I do think that he would sometimes butt heads and argue with Knuckle every now and again but I think that Morel would break them up almost like a parent breaking up some misbehaving children. Yet I think that he would grow and live a good and full life. Don't with a smile on his face feeling completely satisfied with life and don't with no regrets.

Neferpitou

I think that she would feel the grief which Gon would get angry at, yet I think that they would bond over their grief, for Gon it would be over Kite, for Pitou it would be for her king. During this time I think she would come to empathise with the boy and show him comfort, instead of what happened. I also think that during this time Gon would also recognise that her apology was genuine and would come to forgive her.

Then when it was revealed that there was a girl that was born after the king she would want to know more. Then when it was revealed to be Kite she would follow Gon and meet up with Kite and would give a whole hearted apology for what she did. She would then probably, in her apology, would dedicate her life to serving Kite. 

During which I do honestly think that Kite would forgive her before she would even dare to.  I also think that during this time she would most likely tell Colt about what happened to King Meruem and I do think that they would develop an understanding. Yet I do think that there would be some type of awkward tension between them. Yet I think this would fade during the later end of their lives and I do think by this time she would take the steps into forgiving herself for what she did until shortly before she died she would have finally forgiven herself.

Hunter X Hunter Part Five

 The Future Theories

Spider X Scorn

This theory is that by the end of the manga the Spider will scorn all the main protagonists with Kurapika already having his scorn, the next was Hisoka and Gon, Killua and Leoreo yet to have theirs. For Killua it will probably be the Spider killing either Kalluto or maybe Illumi (after Illumi tries to break out of his family's control) for Leoreo is being placed in a situation where he can not save anyone or has to choose to save someone.

The reasoning behind this is that it seems like Me Togashi seems to be ticking off the protagonist's scorn, like Kurapika had his scorn first. Then it seemed like the fight between Chrollo and Hisoka seemed to come out of nowhere and Mr Togashi has stated that Kurapika will die in the fight between him and the Spider. (Although I think that some of the Spider will survive by the time the battle is over)

Hisoka X Ging

This theory is that Ging will help train Hisoka to defeat Chrollo. This comes from the fact that I can see Ging train Hisoka, after all he did train Razer so, for Ging, morality is not one hundred percent a factor on if he trains you. I would also like to highlight on the cover of Hunter X Hunter volume thirty two, on Ging's shoulder is a grinning ginger cat, and I would like to ask you; who is affiliated with cats that have hair that colour? Also I would like to bring your attention to the fact that Ging and Chrollo have similar abilities. Which would make for great training for Hisoka to train to fight Chrollo.

Chrollo X Kurapika X Lie

This theory is that Chrollo and Kurapika will meet sometime and Chrollo will try to recruit Kurapika as a temporary member of the Phantom Troupe by telling him what happened during the fight between him and Hisoka and what happened after. He will them point out that him and his friends would be one of Hisoka's target and would sweeten the deal further by offering himself up to take all the responsibility of all the Phantom Troupe have done and that he would allow himself to be used as a sacrifice for all the sins the Spider has fine only for this to be a deadly lie.

The reason I think this is because Chrollo would come to the conclusion that in order to take down Hisoka he will need someone who knows Hisoka just like he does and would need someone just as smart as him to find a way to lure him out. I also think that there must have been more behind Mr Togashi letting Kurapika capture Chrollo other than getting Gon and Killua back. This would have been giving Chrollo the necessary information to know what makes Kurapika tick.

Also Chrollo seems to be an anti-christ figure so even though he will seem to be like Jesus, mimicking his sacrifice bit lacing this with lies. In fact the more you look at what he did the more he seems to follow this pattern, including defending Judas Iscariot.

Yet another thing that Mr Togashi also loves to do is subvert expectations and this would.

Gon X Black Whale X Shizuku

This theory I will start by asking you to answer these questions. One, is Pariston the kind of person who would kidnap somebody's kid? Two would he put that kid on a dangerous journey to an even more dangerous destination? And three would you think he would only do this just to get at them? If the answer is yes to all three read on for a very chilling theory.

The theory is that Gon is already on the Black Whale One and it was Pariston that put him there. Basically that sometime before setting off for the Dark Continent Pariston sedated and kidnapped Gon and is currently keeping him heavily sedated in the cargo. Only to reveal him to his father at the right moment.

Here he will be discovered by none other than Shizuku, who will be looking for something to steal. Then she will be discovered by none other than Pariston Hill, who will confront her and she will offer to stay in with the cargo in order to keep Gon from being lonely. He will agree to let her stay in order to make her drop her guard and when she turns her back…he…will…kill her!

The reason why I think this is because Pariston has declared that he hates Ging, so naturally he would want to use Gon to hurt Ging in some way just to get at him. Putting kidnapping him on a dangerous journey without the ability to use nen would just do that. Then putting more pressure on the man by ensuring that he has to worry about his son and stopping Pariston.

Then there is Shizuku, who Mr Togashi seems to be making a link between Gon and Shizuku such as it was Shizuku that Gon first met and arm wrestled with that was a member of the Spider, (not including Hisoka as he was a false member) also there was the fact that when they were captured the second time Gon was held by Shizuku and in the failed attempt of escaping Nobunaga after catching Gon he gave the boy over to Shizuku. So would it not make sense that her end would be connected to Gon? 

Also her prophecy spoke of black cargo, which could be the cargo on the Black Whale One,  but it could also mean stolen goods or human trafficking? So why not all of the above? And why would she offer herself to the dead? Unless she was offering herself to keep the living from being lonely. Not to mention she would be expecting either Hisoka or Kurapika to try to kill her so it would not occur to her to think that someone else could or would do it?

 The Theories I Agree With

Gon X Specialist

This theory is basically that Gon's nen type had changed to a Specialist. Even though I originally thought that Gon's nen type has changed since the Chimera Ant arc, I originally thought it would be either a transmuter or an emitter although having watched this I now stand with this line of thinking. I also think that he will develop something else than his Ging, yet he could still be in the mark. I also think that, even though he did seem like the Gon we knew from arcs before, it would not be surprising if it was revealed that Gon had put on an act in front of Killua, just to make him feel better.

Hisoka X Illumi

This theory is that Illumi, who had recently joined the Phantom Troupe, is actually Hisoka in disguise. I agree with this theory because looking at the evidence presented in this video is completely overwhelming, to a point that it is chilling. This has not only convinced me but I know that it will convince you too.

Chrolo Vs Hisoka X Cheated

This theory is that when Hisoka came to fight Chrollo he wasn't just fighting Chrollo, but others as well. The reason I agree with this is because the more that I think about it the more it makes sense,  after all, it explains why Hisoka feels that the only way to get a good fight from Chrollo is to eliminate the rest of the spiders. It also explains why he is targeting the spider directly and has not gone after anybody else. After all, if he's not letting his opponents get ready and reach their prime,  or to put it in Hisoka's terms, for the fruit to ripen, why has he not gone after anybody else? After all there are other people that he has had his eye on other than the spider, unless this was something personal and the only way that would be the case is if this was the case.

Feitan X Zoldyck

This theory is that Feitan is a secret member of the Zoldyck family and it is him that Kalluto wishes to bring back home and not Killua. The reason I agree with this theory is because if you look at Feitan and then at Milluki they look like they could be related and then if you examine his personality and facial features, they seem very Killua-like although I have added to this theory.

The addition to this is that when Mr and Mrs Zoldyck found out about Nanika's ability they had taken a child of their own and hidden him among Meteor City in order to ensure the survival of the Zoldyck bloodline should they fall to control Nanika and her ability. Yet of all of them they picked him, who drew the shortest straw. 

I also think that he is not as old as his bio states and I think he is more in his mid teens and his real name is in fact Malluko Zoldyck, from examining the family member structures.

Pariston X Kurta Genocide

This theory is that Pariston Hill had a hand in the slaughter of the Kurta clan. I agree with this because it is exactly what Pariston would do, but at the same time I do think that the Phantom Troupe was mainly responsible.

Oito X Chrollo

This theory is that Oito and Chrolo are siblings. This is because they do look alike and she has stated that she does have a brother. Also they do come from Meteor City.

Hunter X Hunter Part Three

 The Biological Theories

Pitou X Fixed X Palm

This theory is that pre-chimera ant Palm had something wrong with her brain that did not process things right such as brain damage and that Pitou, while she was performing her 'brain surgery', unintentionally fixed it.

The evidence of this is pre-chimera and Palm acted very unstable and her emotions were erratic to a point that she was insane. She did not do her hair and she was anything but calm. She stroked knives and fantasised about killing. Her mind was anything but steady as in the 'date' with Gon (who was twelve to thirteen at the time! May I remind you) she did doll herself up for it, but when Gon tried to calmly tell her that he could not give her what she wanted, she snapped. Then after Killua rescued him, she chased them like the mad woman she was. Then she caused self-harm to activate her power and had a strange love/obsession with Knov, who was the person that stopped her from her pursuit. She also took way too much sugar in her brew. Her mind was all over the place, all telltale signs of some damage of some kind.

Meanwhile, chimera ant Palm only showed any type of that level of insanity was, at the start after she hatched. This came quickly to an end when her head cleared and she acted not only calm but sane too. She seemed clear of thought and nothing of her erratic, pre-chimera ant state of mind. In fact she seemed to be logical and thought of good plans. Even when King Meruem was about to bow to her she showed a great deal of sincerity as she told him to stop. She was also the first to recognise that humans were worse than the chimera ants. She was not only more in control of herself but also her emotions were too.

Now what change had she been through that could cause such a change, aside from becoming a chimera ant was Pitou had performed brain surgery. It would not be a surprise if, after Pitou's research into the brain, she quickly saw this and fixed it before cutting off her emotions, which were restored later thanks to Killua.

Kurta X Blood X Scarlet Eyes

This theory is that all of the Kurta clan's eyes have a vane alignment in their eyes that, when their blood reaches a specific pressure, such as when one is feeling excited emotions, the vanes cause the natural born eye colour to be overridden by the colour of their blood.

The evidence is, the fact that this wonder is genetic and the colour which is the colour of blood. Then when you feel any kind of excitement be it neutral or negative your heart beats differently and the blood pressure is different when you are neutral. 

Hunter X Hunter Part Two

 The Present Theories

Hisoka X Heavens Arena X Lie

This theory is basically, Hisoka lied to Gon and Killua when he met them in the hallway of the 200th floor of Heavens Arena, when he said that he had been stalking both boys and had timed everything so that he would be ready for them. What I think happened was that Hisoka got so turned on after the Hunter Exam, after seeing so much potential and strength that he needed a release. So he went directly to Heavens Arena to get his fix. Mainly because he probably thought that he would not contain himself once he saw Chrolo. Then during his time he heard about three kids at Heavens Arena and wanted to check them out (for the future) so, when he saw that it was Gon and Killua he knew that they would be getting to the 200th floor sooner or later. So he waited for them in order to protect them from what was to come and the whole 'stalking you tale' was just to tease them.

The reason I think this is because, even though Gon was successful in rescuing Killua, how would Hisoka know that they would be going to Heavens Arena? I know that he said that he was able to find out that they had bought their tickets on the internet, but why would he be looking at their spending history? Not to mention, he did not fight just Gon in Heavens Arena but he fought against Kastro too? So why did he not wait until Gon had won his first fight? Unless he really needed to get his downstairs tapped and when it did, he left immediately. Why not stick around for more when he clearly still had time to? After all Gon and Killua still had time to spend a month at least on Whale Island! Not to mention, Heavens Arena is probably the closest thing that Hisoka has to a home so why not stay until it was time to leave for York New City? 

Unless he got what he came for and that was a fight that satisfied him so that he would be calm enough to control himself when he saw the boss.

Gon X Deduction X Greed Island

This theory is that Gon figured out everything that Killua did and more. Here is what I think, I think that Gon figured out everything that Killua did and more way faster. I think the moment that Bisky said that Hisoka was lying,  Gon's deductive brain starred, during this time he figured out that the Phantom Troupe was on Greed Island and from that he would have figured out that Hisoka probably used Chrolo's name as a message to them that he was working for Chrolo. This naturally would have led boom to deduce that Chrolo would have promised him a fight if he could find a nen exorcist and this would have led him to believe that the exorcist would have been on Greed Island. (Yet he would not have figured out he had met the exorcist) This would have also led him to believe that Hisoka would have met up with the Phantom Troupe in order to deliver the message.

The reason that Gon said nothing was; one, he was afraid of chasing off Hisoka and knew that if he was to get past Razer he would need Hisoka, two, he did not have any mercy for Chrolo or the Phantom Troupe,  such as when he got Amery and called out both Nobunaga and Chrolo and three,  if it came down to it, Gon would rather Hisoka kill Chrolo and not Kurapika. After all, he did say he did not want his friend to become a murderer. 

The reason I think this is because Gon is not as much of an idiot as people around him think that he is, after all, even though his naïvety does come out whenever his mouth can get him into trouble,  he has shown plenty of inelegance throughout the manga and animé such as his catch of the king of the lake, on the boat to the Hunters Exam, getting the spider eagle eggs, thinking of a way to hey out of Trick Tower and trailing and obtaining Hisoka's badge and deducing when his Aunt Mito lies to him. Also when he landed a punch on Hisoka. He even figured out when he should go in order to audition for Greed Island too!

Yet despite what Hisoka says Gon is actually good at keeping certain secrets, such as knowing that his Aunt Mito had lied to him about his father abandoning him and how age obtained custody over him for at least two years before she even told him the truth. Probably because he did not want to upset her as she was a mother to him. He also kept the fact that the Phantom Troupe was still in York New City secret from Kurapika so that he would not go after them and focus on looking for his clan's stolen scarlet eyes.

Also, if you think that Gon is not capable of such cold logic, then go back to the old lady before the Hunter's Exam and you will see that even back then he was thinking about weighing two different lives! Then in the battle with Genthru he showed this, but when this ice cold logic is on display is throughout the Chimera Ant arc.

Also, why did Gon ask Hisoka to see his contacts for Tsuzgerra when, logically, he should have his name in his contacts as he was the first of the group to enter the game?

Chrolo X Neon X Scarlet Eyes

This theory is that some time after the Greed Island arc Chrolo gave Neon the stolen scarlet eyes that he had in his possession.

The reason is,  it was said that he got a pair of scarlet eyes from a teenage girl and she is the only one that makes sense, but what does not make sense is the fact that she even has the eyes as the eyes that she did have were nothing but a copy created by Kortopi. So the only logical conclusion is that sometime Chrolo gave her the ones he stole either out of guilt for taking her powers and her current situation or gratitude for putting his mind at ease about Uvo's death.

Then during her death she gave them over to Kurapika.

Hunter X Hunter Part One

 The Origin Theories

(I do not own these images, nor do I own Hunter X Hunter. These are a set of theories I have, take them as seriously as you wish!)

Zeno Zoldyck X Isaac Netero

The theory I have is that Zeno Zoldyck's wife is Isaasc Netero's daughter and Chairman Netero agreed under the condition that he would produce a descendent that could rival his power. This is why the Zoldycks are in the assassination business.

Although I do admit that this is a "wouldn't it be interesting" theory, yet it would explain why they are so close and why they still hang out. Also Zeno once did call Chairman Netero "old geezer" in the dub and also did state that even as a baby Chairman Netero was an old man. Plus we have met his son,  which we did not know about until he was introduced,  so why not have a daughter too? Yet I thought that it was an interesting theory that I had.

Silva X Gold

Zeno Zoldyck had not one but two children, a son who we know to be Silva and the second, a daughter called Gold and she, like Killua, left the family at a young age to pursue her own goals. My theory is that she looked very much like her father but acted more like her grandfather. This developed into a list for fighting, which I think Chairman Netero had.

The reason that I believe that Zeno had two children and not one is because I find it strange that Silva had multiple children and Zeno had one. I also think that why Mr Togashi keeps focusing on this family is because there is going to be a big twist that will happen concerning this family. The only other family that he seems to focus on throughout the manga being the Freecss. Also there is the old song silver and gold.

Gold X Mr Morow

When she was in her early twenties Gold found and fell for a man, who we will call Mr Morow and married him. They had a son who we know to be Hisoka, who looked and was a lot like his mother and was closer to her rather than his father. At the age of twelve Hisoka came home to see his father dead and his mother missing along with the evidence of his existence. This was due to Silva not approving of the marriage and killing Mr Morow and Gold took all evidence of Hisoka's existence with her to protect her son. This left Hisoka to go and find his mother for answers only for him to become distracted and soon either gave up or forgot about finding her.

This theory came from the idea that Mr Togashi only brought up Hisoka's lack of focusing on his part, via Machi is because his past is a time bomb! I also find it interesting that Hisoka, especially in the 2011 animé, looks like what you would expect a young Zeno would look like only with white hair and blue eyes, meanwhile Zeno looks exactly like what Hisoka would look as an old man,  just with amber eyes. Not to mention, both Hisoka and Illumi have similar body shapes, similar genetics? On top of that,  they do have similar eyebrow shapes.

Gold X Ging

During this time Gold went throughout the world and her agonophilia ( Agonophilia is the paraphilia involving sexual arousal derived from the act of fighting, or participating in or observing a combat sport, such as wrestling, boxing or kickboxing, martial arts, etc., or from viewing depictions thereof; from the Greek "agonos" (combat, struggle, conflict) and "philia" (love of). Agonophilia often also involves the fetishizing of the equipment associated with combat sports (i.e. boxing gloves/trunks, safety gear, martial arts uniforms, etc.)) led her to find and fight and kill strong opponents. (just think of a Hisoka in breasts) Then three or four years later this drive led her to a strong and young hunter the age of nineteen or twenty called Ging. They fought and he won, this led to a very unprotected night of passion that led to the conscription of Gon.

This theory came from a YouTube video highlighting just how alike Hisoka and Gon personalities are. Looking through this lens I noticed that there were some expressions that Gon would have that I could see on Hisoka. Then there is the fact that if you look at Ging even though they do look alike,  they do have fierceness in their appearance, such as their eye shape and eyebrows shape. Yet there are others that had those types of eyebrows and they are Hisoka and Illumi, yet as for the eye shape Gon's eye shape is similar to Alluka and furthermore, there are expressions that she has that are almost identical to Gon's. Also when you look at "adult" Gon he does look similar to Illumi, just with narrow eyes,  yet if you look at Gon's body it does look similar to Silva's and not his father. Again I can say that one's body size can be determined by genetics.

Also I can not see Ging getting married and I can see this being the conception being more credible. I thought that it seemed like Mr Togashi is purposefully trying to keep Gon away from senior Zoldycks, like the Zoldyck family arc, where Killua was let go, York New family arc, they left the moment that they were not getting paid, the Chimera Ant arc, where Zeno hardly paid attention to him and Silva was too far to be seen. Then I would find it interesting that Killua brought this up only for Mr Togashi to repaint that moment with a touch of irony as Killua would be, unknown to him, the nephew of the woman that he is asking about. Also, even while Killua was spending his time at Gon's was prevented from learning about Gon's mother via Gon pressing pause before even hearing her voice.

Name X Name

Here I think that Ging used both his and Gold's names in crafting Gon's name,  using their common first initial being G the next, O came from Gold's second initial of her first name and the final N coming from Ging's penultimate letter of his name.

This theory came from the Greed Island arc, having the name of the game Greed Island coming from the names of each of the creators of the name. (Regardless of the name change!) Which could have been a tip Ging made to tip Gon off how he came up with the boy's name.

Gon X Calamity

When Gon was born he was born as a calamity, like Alluca. When both Ging and Gold recognised this Ging sealed away his true power, as a calamity away in order to save his life. After this, Gold waited for the baby Gon to reach a point when he could survive without his mother and left to the Dark Continent to obtain information on calamities. This would then help Gon and keep Hisoka's existence secret. After he set up Greed Island as well as other obstacles to train the boy up to be able so that Gon's body would be strong and tough enough to handle his power when it would wake.

This came from the fact that when people came back from the Dark Continent they would always bring back a calamity, such as when the Zoldycks came back Nanika was born into the Zoldyck family inside Alluka. So the question is where is the Freecss calamity? Well from Alluka we can assume that a calamity does not have to come back right away. So what if the Freecss calamity was looking and smiling at us from day one? 

Gon seems to heal faster and is stronger than a normal human. Then there was the fact that Wing seemed to show a great nervousness after waking Gon's nen up and calling him a great or terrible beast. Then there was his progression of learning nen being faster than normal and he showed frightful levels of potential. He even broke the glass Wing was using when he started pumping his aura into the glass making the water increase to a point the glass cracked.

In the Greed Island arc Bisky commented that the whole game was set up specifically to make Gon stronger, which would make sense if Ging knew that his son had to be trained to survive awakening good true power if he did not then Gon would have died. In the Chimera Ant arc, Pitou commented that Gon, a human, could sink his teeth into the king. Who we know was a dangerous and powerful being in the first place.

Ging X Mito

After this he went immediately to Whale island to visit his grandmother and his cousin Mito. There he did something purposely to provoke either his grandmother or Mito to gain guardianship over Gon so that he would grow up in a nen free environment minimizing his chance of waking his nen before he could handle it.

The evidence I have for this is how Ging was able to manipulate the Zodiacs into accepting his rules and he was able to predict several things throughout the animé and manga. So manipulating Mito into gaining custody of Gon would have been easy. This way he would have been able to give his son the best chance to have a normal life, yet knowing better he gave her the box, which is yet another indicator that this theory is true. After all, why would he have it on him if it was surpassed to be a visit out of the blue?
